Eufy's gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuum and mop combos on the market. It uses lidar for navigation, creating maps of floors and rooms.
When I tried the S1, it was able to locate our downstairs, which has Linoleum flooring in the kitchen/dining room and bathrooms, along with medium-pile carpeting and a large area rug. It was capable of driving up to walls and even over raised thresholds without any problems. However it was a bit difficult getting down the stairs in one step. The S1 did a good job cleaning hard floors. Its mop drove smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it was near carpets or rugs.
Prior to each mopping session the docking station of the S1 automatically empties its dustbin and refills its water tank onboard with clean filtered ozonated water. The dock adds an extra-deep cleaning solution to the water. The S1 water tank can hold enough for 12 cleaning sessions, but this will differ based on how often you use the mop.
The S1 needs periodic maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. You'll need to wash out the dirty tank to keep it from becoming clogged. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheel and sensors frequently to avoid them from getting blocked by dirt or dust. However, overall the S1 is easy to maintain, especially when compared to other models that require more care.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
Ecovacs all-in-one robot vacuum and mop is an effective solution to your cleaning needs. The mopping feature is pretty excellent, too, with two spinning mops that actually lift and scrub floors, instead of simply dragging the pad across it. 3. Dreame X40 ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. But their latest flagship model is packed with impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-free maintenance which makes it a strong contender for our best mop and robot vacuum list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition, and an extended side brush ensure a thorough, custom-designed clean.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing large and fine particles from hard floors as well as carpets. The Q5 is among the few robots we tested that didn't show any issues with high-pile carpets or area rugs, but it couldn't remove cables or kitty litter that's not a surprise considering it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we've tested. It also uses a unique system to map your home this really helps it get into places that other vacuums cannot reach. The K10 Plus also collects more dust in the larger bin, meaning that you don't need to empty it as frequently. It also has washable filters, which reduces the cost. The robot is able to detect carpets, and boost suction if necessary. The app also lets you to mark off areas you want to avoid, which is a nice feature.
